    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste shell recycling treatment facility for solving problems, for example, that shells discarded and left outdoors after seafood processing rot by organic living things deposited to the shells, or the like, generate waste water and give off bad smell, and that it is difficult to remove the deposited living things or rotted matter when recycling the shells. SOLUTION: A waste shell recycling treatment process is provided in which deposited organic living things are decomposed for a short period of time to separate them from the shells by adding a submaterial and fermentative bacterium to waste shells and aerobically fermenting the waste shells at a high temperature, and after the fermentation treatment, the fermented submaterial is sieved to sort it, and shells with high purity can be obtained by performing polishing treatment to the fermented shells, thereby enhancing a recycling value of the waste shells.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization treatment method which has high heat and treatment efficiencies and enables production of good quality compost by heat sterilization of a fermented compost.
      SOLUTION: This sterilization treatment method comprises blending a carcareous solid material such as a sea shell in the fermented compost as a heating medium to enable heat sterilization at an adequate temperature in a short time. Further, by separating the carcareous solid material using a sieve and blending it again in the new fermented compost, a heat recycle becomes possible to reduce a re-heating amount, thus enhancing energy efficiency while saving energy. Furthermore, since the calcium content eluted from the activated carcareous solid material during sterilization treatment penetrates into the compost, a fertilizer high in soil pH-adjustment effect can be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating organic industrial waste, in which effective usage of a treated material is not premised but final disposal thereof is premised, the organic industrial waste can be treated by using/operating a simple facility and the energy consumption is reduced drastically.SOLUTION: The method for treating organic industrial waste comprises: a fermentation step of introducing a fermentable material based on the organic industrial waste into a fermentation tank and continuously fermenting the introduced fermentable material while emitting only gasses, which are generated during fermentation, from the fermentation tank; an additional introduction step of additionally introducing a new fermentable material into the fermentation tank several times during the fermentation step; and a withdrawal step of withdrawing a fermented/decomposed material from the fermentation tank after the moisture content of the whole material housed in the fermentation tank is equal to or smaller than a self-combustible value. Heavy metals contained in the organic industrial waste are concentrated in the fermented/decomposed material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that refuse bags and trash need to be separated and removed to convert raw refuse into compost but are hard to mechanically separate due to their variety such as material/shape being too many, that the separation and removal of the refuse bags from the raw refuse have a difficulty in separation from the raw refuse because the refuse bags got caught in a machine or smashed into pieces, and that the method employed for stripping the refuse bags one by one by human hands causes a strong bad smell to be given off from the raw refuse, an injury due to a solid projection to occur and expenses to increase.
      SOLUTION: While rotating the plural disc type cutting blades placed side by side, the raw refuse together with the bag, while transferring it on a transfer conveyer, is cut into thin round slices. A hard solid body hits the circular cutting blades in plural lines and the blades start idling, the transfer speed of the bagged raw refuse becomes slow, which is detected and the transfer conveyer and the plural rotating disc cutting machine is stopped, and the hard solid body is checked for and removed. The refuse bag cut into thin round slices and mixed in the raw refuse is subjected as it is to fermentation treatment and changed into compost, then removed using a screen selection unit.
