摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating organic industrial waste, in which effective usage of a treated material is not premised but final disposal thereof is premised, the organic industrial waste can be treated by using/operating a simple facility and the energy consumption is reduced drastically.SOLUTION: The method for treating organic industrial waste comprises: a fermentation step of introducing a fermentable material based on the organic industrial waste into a fermentation tank and continuously fermenting the introduced fermentable material while emitting only gasses, which are generated during fermentation, from the fermentation tank; an additional introduction step of additionally introducing a new fermentable material into the fermentation tank several times during the fermentation step; and a withdrawal step of withdrawing a fermented/decomposed material from the fermentation tank after the moisture content of the whole material housed in the fermentation tank is equal to or smaller than a self-combustible value. Heavy metals contained in the organic industrial waste are concentrated in the fermented/decomposed material.
