    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover thiourea which is a valuable from thiourea containing water for reducing a waste amount.SOLUTION: A treatment device of thiourea containing water is provided with desalting parts (3, 4) for removing ionic substances other than thiourea contained in thiourea containing water by desalting the thiourea containing water, and thiourea concentration parts (5, 6) for concentrating the thiourea contained in the thiourea containing water after being desalted by a reverse osmosis membrane 5 with high organic matter rejection rate and recover the thiourea. In detail, for example, the ionic substances other than thiourea contained in the thiourea containing water are removed by desalting using filtration, ion exchange resin, electrodialysis, an electric regeneration type demineralizer and/or a reverse osmosis membrane with low organic matter rejection rate.
