      SOLUTION: In the gasoline fuel composition, the content of aromatic hydrocarbon is 27% by volume or less, the content of saturated hydrocarbon is 52% by volume or more, the relative dielectric constant is 2.03 or less, and the research octane number is 89 or more and less than 96. The temperature dependency coefficient K of saturated-water content, represented by: K=3.5×O+7.3×t+3.3×C9 {O: olefin content (% by volume), t: toluene content (% by volume), C9: 9C aromatic hydrocarbon (% by volume)}, is preferably 130 or less.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel oil C composition, while using a base material corresponding to changes in social conditions, evaluated by a new viewpoint without depending on conventional ISO standard values, and excellent in ignitability and combustibility.SOLUTION: A fuel oil C composition has ≤1.01 g/cmdensity (at 15°C), ≥10.0 mm/s dynamic viscosity (at 50°C), ≥1 mass% and ≤20 mass% residual carbon content, ≤10.0 mass% asphaltene content, ≤3.5 mass% sulfur content and ≥70 mass% aromatic content. The ≥4-ring aromatic content is preferably ≤30 mass%. Also the 4-ring aromatic content is preferably ≤21 mass%. Further, an estimated cetane value by IP541 method is preferably ≥15.0.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light oil composition that has a low sulphur component and has an excellent oxidative stability even under high temperature conditions that can be expected for the operating environments of the future.SOLUTION: This light oil composition has a sulphur component of not more than 10 ppm by mass, a fluorenes content of not less than 200 ppm by mass, and an acenaphthylenes content of not more than 2,500 ppm by mass. 'Fluorenes' denotes fluorene as well as alkyl-substituted fluorenes in an amount not less than 200 ppm; not less than 500 ppm is preferable and not less than 1,500 ppm more preferable. 'Acenaphthylenes' denotes acenaphthylene as well as alkyl-substituted acenaphthylenes. They are preferably present in an amount not less than 25 ppm by mass and more preferably not less than 400 ppm by mass.
