[Solution] This optical amplification module comprises: a light output means 1; a first optical coupling/splitting means 2; and a first optical amplifying means 3. The first optical coupling/splitting means 2 splits the excitation light into first excitation light and second excitation light such that an optical power ratio becomes a predetermined ratio, and then couples the first excitation light with a first optical signal and outputs the result, and outputs the second excitation light to a different path from the first optical signal. The first optical amplifying means 3 amplifies and outputs the first optical signal.
