摘要： An Internet portal system for accomplishing a multi-component task involving interaction with one or more Internet Web sites includes an Internet-connected server (21) having access to client-related data (25), an Internet-capable client station (35) usable by a client, and software executing on the server for managing individual component tasks in execution of the multi-component task. The software, in response to initiation of a multi-component task specified by the client, defines the component tasks, identifies Internet Web sources for completion of the tasks, manages interaction with the identified Web sites (17(l-n)) gathering results of the interactions, integrates the gathered results, and communicates final results to the client at the client station. Tasks may be such as trip planning and may include payment for services rendered at Web sites, such as airline reservations, car rentals and the like. 摘要： A hot edible product vending machine, in the present case sandwiches, which includes a refrigerated area comprising a plurality of vertically disposed helicoidal elements, in which sandwiches are placed. Once the type of sandwich is chosen, a motor located on the top part of the helicoidal element turns the sandwich in such a way that it is dropped into a hopper from which it is sent to the area where the sandwich will be heated. In a first embodiment, a guiding, rotating and cylindrical element is located in the bottom part of the hopper, said element moving the sandwich to one of the two ovens located on both sides of the guiding element with the purpose of heating two sandwiches almost simultaneously. In a second embodiment, a transfer, rotating and cylindrical unit is placed in the lower part of the hopper, said unit transferring the sandwich into an oven and consisting of an endless conveyor belt and heating elements located on both sides of said belt in a given segment.
