摘要： An arrangement for feeding banknotes from an infeed opening (61,66) along a transport path to a storage space (26-27), comprises detecting means (e.g. 121) for detecting and controlling transportation of the banknotes through the arrangement; a plurality of mutually separate storage locations (26,27) in the storage space; a collecting location (22); a further transport path leading from the collecting location (22) to an outfeed opening (62); and command means (64). The infeed opening (61,66) is constructed for the manual insertion of a bundle of banknotes (via 61), or for the insertion of a cassette (26') containing banknotes (via 66). The storage space (26-27) accommodates cassettes (26',27') of the same kind as the first mentioned cassette. Located between the infeed opening (61,66) and the cassettes (26',27') is a first transport route (201-202, 205, 22, 260-270), which includes the collecting location (22), and a second transport route (201-202, 205', 260-270) which excludes the collecting location (22). A choice can be made between the first or the second transport routes or the second transport path respectively with the aid of the command means (64).

摘要： A lockable cassette for accommodating valuable papers can be inserted into a housing. The cassette is closed and locked when removed from the housing and when inserted therein can be unlocked by electrical activation and opened, so as to make the papers accessible, provided thatthe electrical activation is effected in accordance with a pre-set program. For the purpose of this electrical activation there is provided a locking arrangement (17-14) which includes a programmable memory (171), a comparison circuit (172), and a logic circuit (173). The memory (171) is accessible for programming and is arranged for feed series of pulses to the comparison circuit (172). The comparison circuit (172) is arranged to compare pulses, pulse for pulse, fed-in from the memory (171) with a series of pulses fed-in from without to the locking arrangement (17-14). The logic circuit (173) is arranged to cause the opening function of the locking arrangement (17-14) to be blocked in the absence of agreement between two pulses. This blocking of the opening function is not noticeable externally until the whole series of pulses has been compared.

摘要： An arrangement for feeding banknotes to a storage space comprises detecting means for detecting banknotes passing sequentially along a transport path and for controlling the transport of documents within the arrangement, and gripping means for transferring documents from one part of the transport path to another part thereof. The gripping means comprises two mutually co-acting rollers (174, 174'), of which one (174) is journalled in a movable bridge (175) which, in turn, is journalled in a movable link element (173). One (171) of two mutually co-acting wheels (171,172) is also journalled in the link element (173) and can be moved away from the remaining wheel (172) in dependence on the passage of documents in the transport path. Upon transportation of a banknote along the gripping means, and in dependence on the result obtained from the detecting means (e.g. 121), the link element (173) with the bridge (175) is first rotated through a short distance, wherewith the wheels (171,172) no longer co-act with one another, whereafter the bridge (175) is rotated through a short distance in relation to the link element (173), therewith causing the rollers (174,174') to co-act with one another. Rotation of the bridge (175) relative to the link element (173) is effected in dependence on the measuring result obtained from a measuring device (16) for measuring the length of a document.
