摘要： Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, transparente Kunststoffprofilplatten aus PVC als Dachelement mit mindestens 1,5 mm Wandstärke und einseitig geprägter Oberfläche bereitzustellen, die verbesserten Schutz vor UV-Bestrahlung bieten.
Gelöst wurde die Aufgabe durch Erhöhung der Konzentration an UV-Absorber in Kombination mit einer Prägestruktur, die den Anteil an totalreflektierter Strahlung erhöht und daher einen Winkel in der Prägestruktur von mehr als 18° aufweist. Neben den durch die Prägestruktur erhöhten Anteile an reflektierter Strahlung erscheint auch eine verbesserte Absorbtion der Strahlung durch verlängerte Strahlengänge innerhalb der PVC-Profilplatte eine Rolle zu spielen, da Ansonsten keine Erklärung für den Zusammenhang zwischen der Prägestruktur und den geringen benötigten UV-Absorberanteilen verfügbar ist.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a glass fiber sizing agent for a daylighting panel. The sizing agent includes effective components and water. The sizing agent has a solid content of 2-8%. Percentage of solid mass of each of the effective components in a solid mass of the sizing agent is as follows: a silane coupling agent: 3-15%; a film-forming agent: 68-93%; a lubricant: 0.5-10%; an antistatic agent: 1-12%; and a pH regulator: 0-5%. The present disclosure further relates to a preparation method of the glass fiber sizing agent for a daylighting panel and use of the sizing agent in fields of glass fibers and composite materials. Compared with the prior art, glass fiber products produced from the sizing agent of the present disclosure have a suitable stiffness and wet-out speed, and the sizing agent has an excellent refractive index, which is similar to that of matrix resin. Glass fibers coated with the sizing agent can improve light transmittance of daylighting panels and strength and service life of composite materials.

摘要： A roof panel system assembled from roof panels comprising a panel portion bounded along a support edge by a support element and along an opposed cover edge by a cover element. The cover element adapted to rest upon and provide resilient sealing and locking engagement with the support element of an adjacent panel. The support element adapted to provide resilient support and locking engagement with the cover element of a second adjacent panel. In an embodiment a panel cover is provided for shielding an upper surface of the panel portion and adapted to inter-fit and lock with engaged support element and cover element pairs along the support element and the cover element of the panel when the panel is engaged with adjacent panels when assembled. In an embodiment contoured insulated panels are provided as a base to support the panels. The contours providing passageways to allow the transport of air beneath the panels when assembled.

摘要： A composite roof panel for flat or low pitch roofs comprises a generally flat external sheet (2), a profiled internal decking sheet (3), and an insulating core (4) between the external sheet (2) and internal sheet (3). On assembly, a first overlap portion (30) of the panel receives a second overlap portion (31) of the adjacent panel. A joint reinforcing plate (40) has a downwardly extending locator defined by a projection (41) which is located in a gap (35) at the joint to ensure that the reinforcing plate (40) is accurately positioned relative to the joint. The plate (40) has holes (42, 43) to receive joint fasteners (44, 45).

The method includes the step of applying under low pressure a stream (18) of a two component foamable liquid polyurethane (16) on a roof substrate ((56). Preferably, the foamable liquid polyurethane (16) has a density in the range of about one and one-half to about two pounds per cubic foot and a reactivity period in the range of about one and one-half to about four minutes. Preferably, the foamable liquid polyurethane (16) is applied at a rate of about two to about three pounds per minute. The roof tile (10) is placed into contact with the foamable liquid polyurethane (16) during the reactivity period of the foamable liquide polyurethane (16).
