摘要： The present invention relates to a food waste disposer that is configured to allow an opening and closing plate adapted to open and close a drain pipe to be open only when a motor operates, so that normally, the drain pipe from which water is discharged is closed, thereby preventing bad smell and sewage from flowing backward from the drain pipe, to allow a propeller adapted to forcedly discharge the water from a casing to the drain pipe to be driven reversely and to thus close the opening and closing plate if the motor is driven reversely, so that gears inside a pulverizing part rotate to circulate the water in the casing and thus to automatically clean the casing, without any separation of the casing, and to allow a magnetic material to be built in a hopper so that if iron introduced into the hopper is sensed by sensors, the pulverizing part stops working and is thus prevented from being damaged by the iron.

摘要： A food-waste tank (1) comprising at least two chambers (7, 8) located one after the other separated by a separating wall (6) and comprising a first inlet (9) for food waste mixed with water and a second inlet (10) principally for dish-washing water without food waste. The food-waste tank (1) is formed by an extended double-walled pipe (12) with an end wall (2, 3) at each end that seals the tank (1) and an internal separating wall (6) that extends essentially over the complete diameter of the tank (1), and that divides the food- waste tank into two chambers (7, 8), one of which follows the other. It is preferable that the double-walled pipe (12) is formed by an element of duct, preferably square, wound as a screw, and that connections are arranged to the interior of the element of duct in order to lead a heat-exchange fluid into and out from the interior of the element of duct.

The inflow unit and the bottom of the food waste treatment apparatus are connected by the bypass pipe, and waste water thrown through the inflow unit is transferred to the bottom of the food waste treatment apparatus. Accordingly, there can be provided the food waste treatment apparatus having a bypass pipe formed therein, which can prevent a rise in the water level of the food waste treatment apparatus attributable to the waste water.
