摘要： A system for producing a composite board made of plastic and paper includes a hot press assembly. The hot press assembly includes a first heated belt (220) configured to apply heat and pressure to a composite sandwich. The composite sandwich includes a mat comprising a mixture of paper and plastic and at least one facer (212,214) positioned above or below the mat. The hot press assembly further includes a roller configured to drive the first heated belt (220) to move the composite sandwich through the hot press assembly and a first non-stick belt (224) configured to separate at least a portion of the composite sandwich from the heated belt as the composite sandwich is moved through the hot press assembly.

摘要： A method for treating a food product of vegetable origin, including the steps of pushing, by means of a pushing device, the food product within a treatment cavity. This is defined between an internal surface of a fixed hollow body, or stator, and an external surface having conical shape of a rotor, and has an inlet mouth through which the food product of vegetable origin is introduced within the same and an outlet mouth through which the treated vegetable food product exits the cavity. The treatment cavity has a size which decreases going from the inlet mouth to the outlet mouth. It is provided a rotation of the rotor within the stator about a rotation axis. The combination of the rotation and of the pushing that are carried out by the machines produce a partial crushing of the food product of vegetable origin within the treatment cavity.

摘要： A sample encapsulation system includes a base, a chamber having an inlet and a chamber housing in which the chamber is housed. The chamber is fixedly mounted at least in part within the housing and the housing is movably mounted to the base. The system includes a cap, a first ram operably mounted to the cap for engaging the chamber inlet and a second ram positioned in the chamber opposite the inlet. The second ram is movable toward and away from the first ram. The chamber and housing are movable toward the cap for engaging the first ram with the chamber inlet during an encapsulation cycle and away from the cap, disengaging the first ram from the chamber inlet following an encapsulation cycle. The system includes heating and cooling assemblies and a temperature sensor located remotely from the chamber interior to automatically isolate cooling water to the system.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for processing of waste and in particular processing involving a volumetric reduction of waste materials. There is an apparatus for processing waste material comprising a compaction compartment for receipt of waste material, the compaction compartment have a screw vane for processing waste material through the compaction compartment and a waste material outlet. In one aspect the apparatus comprises a heating zone including an arrangement for heating the waste material received from the waste outlet, the apparatus further comprising a cooling zone including a cooling arrangement for cooling the waste material received from the heating zone. In another aspect, at least one of the screw vane or wall comprises one or more ports therein for transfer of liquid from the waste material, the one or more ports having a port inlet and a port outlet, wherein the area of the opening defined by the port inlet is different to the area of the opening defined by the port outlet. In a further aspect, a heating zone for receiving waste material from the waste material outlet is provided where the heating zone includes an arrangement for heating the waste material in the heating zone, and a blocking element for impeding movement of waste material from the heating zone.
