摘要： The invention relates to a method for treating wort. During lautering, the wort is separately determined in two or more partial quantities in terms of its properties and these different partial quantities are treated separately. In a first main embodiment of the method, the different partial quantities are collected in spatially separate individual containers. In a second main embodiment of the method, the different partial quantities are collected in a common container in superimposed partial compartments of the container which are substantially separated by intermediate bottoms having passage openings.
