摘要： A rotary furnace which uses microwave as the energy, and it includes a kiln head which runs through and is connected to a rotary kettle, multiple parts of the kiln head are equipped with microwave feeding inlet which is used to introduce the external microwave sources into the rotary kettle to heat the material; the kiln head is connected to the feeding mechanism, and the rotary kettle is set up with a collecting opening and a discharging mechanism. The Rotary furnace of this invention makes use of the microwave energy to rapidly heat the material inside the rotary kettle, and rotates the rotary kettle at the same time, to make the material more uniformly heated and improve the material pyrolyzing efficiency, and it can greatly improve the pyrolyzing and separating efficiency of the material, and effectively reduce the energy consumption; in the meanwhile, it also avoids the secondary pollution to the environment caused by the burning of the heating energy, thus effectively improves the economic and social benefits. 摘要： The invention relates to a method and to a device used in the field of waste management for utilizing recoverable waste products as efficiently as possible. The aim of the invention is to reduce the environmental impact of such a method to a minimum. According to the inventive method, the recoverable waste products and the non-recoverable waste products are introduced from one side into a substantially vertical stationary container and are transported in a continuous and discontinuous manner to the other side of the container. The amount of energy added is 60 to 80 % in the front zone and 20 to 40 % in the other zones. The invention further relates to a device that consists of a tubular stationary container with a shaft that is provided with devices and that extends through the center of the container.

摘要： A method of drying and pyrolyzing material, including the following steps: sending the material into rotary kettle; making use of the microwave energy to heat the materials within the rotary kettle to pyrolyze and decompose the material in order to get decomposed gas and solid substance; condensing and recycling the gas generated from the decomposing; recycling and disposing the solid substance generated from the pyrolyzing. 摘要： A horizontal moving bed reactor for heat treating particulate material comprises a housing having an inlet for admitting therein the particulate material to be heat treated and an outlet for discharging the heat treated material, at least one tray disposed horizontally inside the housing between the inlet and outlet and having a support surface for supporting a bed of the particulate material, a heating system for heating the bed of particulate material on the support surface, and a conveyor system for moving the bed of particulate material while being heated along a predetermined direction on the support surface. The conveyor system includes a plurality of horizontally spaced-apart rake members extending across the support surface transversely of the predetermined direction and each having a plurality of spaced-apart fingers in sliding contact with the support surface. The rake members are moved to displace with the fingers the particulate material along the predetermined direction, the fingers of any one of the rake members being misaligned with the fingers of any other one of the rake members and being spaced relative to one another such that the fingers rake across substantially the entire support surface of the tray and constantly stir the particulate material while displacing same, thereby constantly exposing fresh surfaces of the particulate material to heat and increasing heat transfer in the bed. The horizontal moving bed reactor of the invention can be used not only for pyrolyzing particulate material, but also for drying particulate material and carrying out various reactions requiring heat.
