- collecting at least one of the parts (10.1), (10.2), (10.3) or (10.4),
- removing the residual material (13) from the collected part or parts, and
- reuse of the plastic material of the collected part or parts from which the residual material (13) has been removed.
The disclosure also relates to the use of material that comprises plastic material recycled from parts (10.1), (10.2), (10.3) and/or (10.4), collected by the method of the present disclosure. Moreover, the disclosure relates to sealants or adhesives, comprising residual material (13) collected and recycled by the method of the present disclosure. Such products may be used in a new cartridge, preferably a cartridge whose housing comprises recycled materials.

摘要： A process for treating the photopolymer material that makes up the master plates in flexographic printing comprising the following steps:
- shredding and refining the slabs into pieces smaller than 10 mm in any direction;
- subsequent cold grinding to obtain a powder with a particle size ranging from 100 to 500 microns;
- drying the powder at a temperature of 80-120°C for preferably two hours;
- introducing the dried powder into a twin-screw extruder with co-rotating screws with rotation of the screws between 150 and 250 rpm where it is mass mixed with a polymer melt at a temperature of 160-300°C;
- collecting at the exit of the extruder a homogeneous mass (mixture of polymer melt and powder) which is collected in the form of an extruded thread which is cooled;
- pelletizing the extruded wire.
