摘要： Provided are an opening device and a liquid food container, wherein a sealing property is superior and a straw hole can be easily opened, and from which the liquid food can be drunk with a straw, can be directly drunk with the mouth, and can be poured. Disclosed is an opening device for a liquid food container provided at the top portion with a lid body which is integrally formed with a thermoplastic resin and covers a pouring port, wherein the lid body is provided with a weakened line which defines the top portion and seals so that the seal can be easily cut, the lid body comprises a first lid portion located on the front face side of the container, a second lid portion located at the rear face side of the container, and a grip portion projecting from the first lid portion, a first hinge is provided between the first lid portion and the second lid portion so that when the grip portion is pulled up, the first lid portion is rotated around the first hinge to have a narrow opening, and a second hinge is provided at the edge on the container rear face side of the second lid body so that when the grip portion is further pulled up, the second lid portion is rotated around the second hinge to have a wider opening.

摘要： [Problem] Provided is a cosmetic container which is capable of stabilizing an action of a hinge portion provided with a single pivot shaft member having biasing means, and improving opening and closing functions of a lid body. [Solution] Included are: a container main body configured to contain a cosmetic; a lid body turnably provided to the container main body and capable of opening and closing the container main body; and a first pivot support member 6 and a second pivot support mechanism 7 disposed on a pivot axis about which the lid body turns, and causing the container main body to turnably support the lid body 3. The first pivot support member includes: a compression coil spring 14 located between the container main body and the lid body and configured to generate resilience when compressed in a direction along the pivot axis; and a lock member 13 and a pivot member 12 configured to compress the compression coil spring in the direction along the pivot axis and to release the compression by turning of the lid body. The second pivot support mechanism includes fan-shaped recessed and projecting portions 3e, 3g, 10a and 10b and a shaft portion 10 of the second pivot support member configured to compress the compression coil spring in the direction along the pivot axis and to release the compression by turning of the lid body.
