摘要： A packaging material laminate structure comprises a first side, a second side opposite the first side and an attenuated area. An opening device is arranged with a first portion on the first side, with a second portion on the second side and with a first material bridge connecting both portions through the attenuated area. A consumer opening area is defined on the packaging material laminate and arranged such that packaging material laminate is ruptured on using the plastic opening device to open the consumer opening area. A pouring support device adjacent to the consumer opening area is having a pouring portion arranged on the first side and a support portion on the second side, wherein the pouring portion and the support portion are connected via a second material bridge through the attenuated area.

摘要： The present invention relates to a container (1) having a hollow shell defining a body with a dispensing aperture, and a bag (4) within the shell (2) , the open end of the bag extending through the dispensing aperture and being secured with respect to the outside of the shell. The bag (4) is made from a material suitable for containing the intended contents of the container (1). Therefore the shell (2) may be formed from a material that would not be suitable for containing the intended contents of the container alone. The shell (2) may be formed from a biodegradable material, such as wood or paper pulp. The bag (4) may be separated from the main body of the container to allow for separate disposal. The container (1) may be sealed by providing a spout through which the contents of the container are to be dispensed, and by folding the spout over to create a nip which seals the container.

摘要： Provided are an opening device and a liquid food container, wherein a sealing property is superior and a straw hole can be easily opened, and from which the liquid food can be drunk with a straw, can be directly drunk with the mouth, and can be poured. Disclosed is an opening device for a liquid food container provided at the top portion with a lid body which is integrally formed with a thermoplastic resin and covers a pouring port, wherein the lid body is provided with a weakened line which defines the top portion and seals so that the seal can be easily cut, the lid body comprises a first lid portion located on the front face side of the container, a second lid portion located at the rear face side of the container, and a grip portion projecting from the first lid portion, a first hinge is provided between the first lid portion and the second lid portion so that when the grip portion is pulled up, the first lid portion is rotated around the first hinge to have a narrow opening, and a second hinge is provided at the edge on the container rear face side of the second lid body so that when the grip portion is further pulled up, the second lid portion is rotated around the second hinge to have a wider opening.
