    • Verfahren und mühlenartige Vorrichtung (6) zur Behandlung von Gütern (1) des Lebensbedarfes mittels wenigstens zwei in einem Vorrichtungsgehäuse (7) angeordneten, im wesentlichen stirnseitig zusammenarbeitenden Arbeitsorganen (8), von denen eines direkt angetrieben ist.
      Der Einsatz von mühlenartigen Apparate hat zufolge der produktorientieren Behandlung der verschiedensten Güter (1) zu einer Vielzahl von Sonderapparaten geführt.
      Verfahrensgemäss wird nach der Erfindung das Gut (1) mit grosser Behandlungsgeschwindigkeit (2,8) bei nur kurzer Behandlungseinwirkung (3,4,5) kalt behandelt und dadurch eine hohe Güte des Fertigproduktes erreicht.
      Die mühlenartige Vorrichtung (6) nach der Erfindung betrifft eine hochleistungsfähige Vorrichtung, die in besonders einfacher Weise dem jeweiligen Verwendungszweck entsprechend modifizierbar ist, um mit Hilfe nur einer Vorrichtung (6) samt austauschbaren Vorrichtungsorganen (8) eine möglichst vielseitig einsetzbare mühlenartige Mehrzweckvorrichtung zu schaffen.
      Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zeichnet sich lösungsgemäss durch eine leichte öffen- bzw. schliessbarkeit ihres Vorrichtungsgehäsues (7) aus, das zur Behandlung des jeweiligen Gutes (1) justierbare (11,12,13,14,108), mittels Kupplungselemente (16) austauschbare Arbeitsorgan (8) je nach Gut (1) Leitorgane (17) zum Separieren von behandelten Gutteilen, Gutzufuhr- (15,18) und förder (2) sowie Abfuhrorgane (19,20) enthält und wenigstens einen Vorrichtungsantrieb (9) aufweist.

    • [Problem to be Solved] The present invention relates to rationalization of a disassembling operation of electronic devices before crushing the devices in order to achieve urban mines, and has an object to achieve mechanical disassembling without significantly destroying components containing many rare elements to be recovered. The invention 4 provides a disassembling method using a casing disassembling apparatus according to any one of the inventions 1 to 3, wherein a relative inclination angle and an inclination angle to the vertical of end surfaces are adjusted to set a space of an input port and a pressurizing force correspondingly to an object to be disassembled such as an electronic device. According to the present invention, a casing can be crushed without components containing rare metal being crushed to a level that the components cannot be recovered.
