    • Eine Vorrichtung zum Destillieren verschmutzter Löse mittel und Lösungsmittelgemische, vorzugsweise verschmutz ter Lösemittel von Chemischreinigungsvorrichtungen, besteht aus einem Zwangsumlaufverdampfer, in den eine das ver schmutzte und in einem Wärmetauscher erwärmte Lösemittel zuführende Leitung, die in ihrem Mündungsbereich mit einem Drosselventil versehen ist, mündet, und der in seinem oberen Bereich eine den Dampf über einen Brüdenkompressor in einen Kondensator führende Leitung und in seinem unteren Bereich eine das Lösemittel abziehende und über eine Pumpe in den Wärmetauscher einspeisende Leitung aufweist, aus einem Wasserabscheider und aus einer das verschmutzte Lö semittel zuführenden und einer das Destillat abführenden Lei tung. Um die Destillation bei niedrigen Temperaturen und mit einem geringen Anteil von Lösemittel am Destillierschlamm durchführen zu können, besteht der Brüdenkompressor aus einer trockenumlaufenden Vakuumpumpe ohne Einlaß- und Auslaßventile mit interner Verdichtung. Die Vakuumpumpe weist zwei gleiche Rotoren mit zahnförmigen Profilen auf, die berührungslos in einem Gehäuse mit der Form zweier ineinan dergreifender Zylinder gegeneinander abrollen. Das Gehäuse der Vakuumpumpe ist mit Einspritzdüsen versehen, die auf die Druckseiten der Rotoren zur Kühlung Destillat in einer Menge spritzen, die noch während der Kompression verdampft.

    • The present invention concerns a distilling means (10) operating on the thermocompressor principle. The distilling means (10) comprises a frame part (11), a boiling space (12) for the liquid to be distilled, a heating means (13) for heating the liquid to be distilled in said boiling space (12), a feed line (14) for conducting liquid to be distilled into the boiling space (12), a blower means (19) arranged to impart extra energy to the vapourformed from the liquid being distilled, whereby the temperature of the vapour rises on the discharge side of said blower means (19), and a discharge line (25) for discharging distillate from the distilling means (10). Inside the distilling means (10) is placed at least one heat exchange tube (17), along which the mixture composed of liquid being distilled and of vapour is arranged to flow, and a droplet separator )18) based on centrifugal separation. Inside the distilling means (10) is disposed substantially in the middle a central tube (22). inside which is placed an inner tube (23), whereby in the central tube (22) is defined an annular flow duct (24). The flow duct (24) is closed by a bottom (25) at a point substantially below the middle The annular duct (24a) below the bottom (25) of the annular duct (24) is provided with a discharge aperture (271. The blower means (19) is placed in the lower part of the distilling means (10), the mixture composed of liquid being distilled and of vapour that has been formed being arranged to flow from the heat exchange tube (17) through the central tube (22) to the blower means (19) provided to impart extra energy to the vapour and to direct the vapour into the annular duct (24a) below the bottom (25) of the annular duct (24), wherefrom the vapour discharges through the discharge aperture (27) into a condenser (28). In the annular duct (24) is provided a discharge connector (26) for removing the effluentwater. The droplet separator (18) is a droplet separator with helical vanes (20), placed in the upper part of the annular duct (24).

    • The present invention concerns a procedure for removing gases from a distilling apparatus (10). In the procedure, the effluent water is caused to flow from the distilling apparatus (10) along an effluent line (19) to an effluent heat exchanger (13) for recovering the heat contained in the effluent. The feed water is arranged to flow along a first branch line (14a) through a distillate heat exchanger (12) and along a second branch line (14b) through the effluent heat exchanger (13) to the purpose of preheating the feed water. The mixture of distillate, vapour and gases is conducted from the distilling apparatus (10) along a flow line (16) to a degassing heat exchanger (11), where the heat contained in the mixture is recovered. The recovered heat is utilized in preheating the feed water by conducting the feed water after the distillate heat exchanger (12) and the effluent heat exchanger (13) along a header line (15) through the degassing heat exchanger (11), and further by a tubular connector (20) into the distilling apparatus (10). The gases are allowed to escape from the degassing heat exchanger (11) through a gas venting hole (17) into the environment. The mixture flow is condensed in the degassing heat exchanger (11) to distillate, and the distillate is conducted from the lower part of the degassing heat exchanger (11) along a distillate line (18) to the distillate heat exchanger (12).
