摘要： A cutter blade (16) for a rotary cutting wheel (10) of a food slicing machine and a method for cutting food products into uniform thickness slices using the cutter blade wherein the cutter blade includes leading and trailing edges (20, 22), a circular fastener aperture (18) at each end area of the blade having centers aligned in a common plane of tension (P) extending longitudinally along and transversely of the blade and wherein the straight leading and trailing edge portions of each blade are of unequal lengths and extend parallel with the common plane of tension. A sharpened cutting edge is formed on the leading edge of the blade and the straight leading edge of the blade is longer than the maximum distance between the aperture diameters and the trailing edge of the blade is shorter than the minimum distance between aperture diameters. When installed on a rotary cutting wheel and used to slice food products, the blades produce a first velocity (V1) of advancement of unsliced food products across the cutting plane for each revolution of the cutting wheel and for a given slice thickness and the products are fed into the cutting plane of the blades at a second velocity (V2) that corresponds closely to the first velocity.

摘要： Dough pieces are produced in high volume by a plurality of dual extruders spaced across a conveyor and each having a pair of extrusion nozzles aligned in the direction of conveyor travel. A cut-off mechanism severs the dough extrusions to deposit dough pieces on the conveyor. The speed of the conveyor is related to the speed of the cut-off mechanism so that the dough pieces produced by each extruder form a single uniformly spaced line. the extruders are fed from a common supply through individual inlets and means are provided to balance the flow through the nozzles.

摘要： The invention relates to an apparatus for decelerating sheets (9), especially paper or cardboard sheets, which are to be placed on a stack (6). Said apparatus comprises rotatably driven clamping elements (16) which are disposed across the width of the apparatus on at least one side of the conveying plane of the sheets (9) and are provided with clamping zones (17) that intermittently reach all the way to the feeding plane of the sheet (9) when revolving. The inventive apparatus further comprises a mating element (18) which is rotationally disposed on the opposite side of the conveying plane of the sheets (9) such that a sheet can be clamped between the clamping zones (17) and the mating element (18). The clamping elements (16) are connected to an asymmetrical rotary drive unit while being equipped with ring segment-shaped clamping zones (17) on a section of the circumference thereof. Furthermore, a deflecting device (13) which deflects the rear edges of the sheet from the feeding plane in a downward direction is arranged at a distance from and upstream of the clamping elements (16) in the direction of travel of the sheets.
