摘要： A service node in a telecommunication network is arranged to receive a Multi-Media video call setup for a terminal to be called. The called terminal is called by the service node according to either a video or a voice call setup, depending on a current allowed answer mode of the called terminal. Responding to the call setup will, depending on either answering or rejecting the call setup by the called terminal, and depending whether the call setup is for a voice or a video call, be handled by the service node according to a predetermined method. When a call setup is answered by the called terminal, the service node further supports a method of toggling between a video call and a voice call at the called terminal.

摘要： Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit einem ISDN-Gerät und mit einem Verfahren zum Einspeichern einer "Multiple Subscriber Number" in einem ISDN-Gerät. Die Erfindung sieht vor, daß in einem ISDN-Gerät eine "Plug-and-Play"-Funktion ausgeführt wird. Bei dieser "Plug-and-Play"-Funktion wird nach dem Anschließen des ISDN-Geräts an einem ISDN-S 0 -Bus automatisch eine "Call-Forwarding"-Einrichtung für mindestens eine gültige "Multiple Subscriber Number" aktiviert. Im Anschluß daran wird eine Abfrage an ein ISDN-Amt durchgeführt, bei der das ISDN-Amt die "Multiple Subscriber Numbers" überträgt, für die eine Rufweiterleitung aktiviert wurde. Die so erhaltenen Nummern werden im ISDN-Gerät abgespeichert und die "Call-Forwarding"-Funktion deaktiviert. Dem Benutzer stehen danach automatisch diese "Multiple Subscriber Numbers" zur Verfügung, ohne daß er sie von Hand programmieren muß.

摘要： A maintenance center is allowed to access a remote processor that is controlling a remote system at a remote site having a central computer. This access is via the Internet going through a firewall provided by the central processor except when this Internet access is not operational. If the remote processor cannot access the Internet then, a modem is enabled on a remote maintenance unit that is part of the remote system so that access can be obtained to the remote processor by the maintenance center. This access is used by the maintenance center to perform maintenance operations. The remote processor is a PBX processor that is controlling a PBX, which is providing telecommunication services. When the PBX processor is no longer functional, a remote maintenance unit having control and access to the PBX processor transmits a message to a maintenance center indicating that the PBX processor is non-operational and enables a modem to accept incoming calls from the public telephone network allowing the maintenance center access to the remote maintenance unit. Once the PBX processor is again functional, the remote maintenance unit will disable incoming calls to the modem.

摘要： An adjunct call processor connected to a communications network for providing call processing services. The network includes a switching system including a switch for concurrently servicing a plurality of communications paths and a switch controller for controlling the switch, the switch controller being responsive to switching commands communicated to it. 摘要： A cleaning system retrieves a telephone number from a telephone number list to regard as a called party number and sends a SETUP message to the network, in which an unrestricted digital information is designated as a bearer capability. 摘要： Method, and system for providing CS domain service and service control point are provided, wherein an execution entity that provides CS domain service in a network acquires a result of a decision, and re-provides original CS domain service to the subscriber when the execution entity detects that the acquired result includes a message indicative of denying controlling circuit service of the subscriber in a PS domain. Furthermore, another method and system for providing CS domain service are provided. A service control point (SCP) in a network acquires subscription data, and performs CS domain call restriction service when the SCP determines that the CS domain call restriction service shall be provided based on the acquired subscription data. Consequently, supplementary service for the original CS domain can be provided to the subscriber continuously when service continuity function is blocked for the subscriber due to some reasons. A solution that utilizes SCP to provide CS domain supplementary service is also provided.
