摘要： Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a related apparatus, and a system for recovering a called service of a terminal, and the method includes: when a called request of a user terminal is received, querying an initial proxy-call session control function P-CSCF entity with which the user terminal currently registers; if it is detected that the initial P-CSCF is faulty, selecting an available P-CSCF and sending, to the available P-CSCF, a notification message that carries a redundancy identifier, where the redundancy identifier is used to instruct the available P-CSCF to trigger the user terminal to re-register with the P-CSCF; and when a registration complete message sent by the P-CSCF with which the user terminal re-registers is received, delivering the called request to the re-registered P-CSCF to bear a called service of the user terminal. By using the present invention, fault recovery can be quickly completed in an existing network architecture.

摘要： Various implementations disclosed herein enable client devices to share a network resource in order to produce more evenly distributed perceptual playback quality levels within each subscription tier. Sharing of a network resource is facilitated by providing client devices with one or more QoE distribution indicator values, which enables client device participation in the allocation of the network resource. In some implementations, a client device method includes determining a local QoE level value, and then modifying a representation selection of media content data based on the local QoE and one or more QoE distribution indicator values. The local QoE level value characterizes perceptual playback quality of media content data received by the client device using the shared network resource. The QoE distribution indicator values characterize at least in part the relative QoE values associated with a plurality of client devices sharing the shared network resource with the client device.

摘要： Multiple data streams are transmitted from a transmitting device via an end-to-end or process-to-process channel to a receiving device. At the transmitting device a media data stream is generated. A maximum packet size for another data stream is determined based on a determined end-to-end or process-to-process bandwidth and using playout information pertaining to the media data, which conveys a desired playout rate of the media data. At the transmitting device, based on the determined maximum packet size, a plurality of data packets of the other data stream is generated, each having a packet size no more than the determined maximum. The media and other data streams are multiplexed onto the channel at the transmitting device, thereby transmitting both of the data streams from the transmitting device to the receiving device via the same channel.
