摘要： A high frequency composite component wherein a diplexer (20) is used to selectively switching signals, which are received and transmitted via an antenna terminal (ANT), between a GSM system signal path and a DCS system signal path. The GSM and DCS systems include transmission input terminals (Txg,Txd) and reception balance output terminals (Rxg,Rxd) that are switched by high frequency switches (11G,11D). Matching elements, which comprise inductors (Lg,Ld) and capacitors (C1g,C2g,C1d,C2d), are inserted between the reception balance output terminals (Rxg,Rxd) and the output sides of surface acoustic wave filters (SAWg,SAWd).

摘要： A high-frequency composite switch module integrally composed of an antenna duplexer used in a mobile communication device such as a portable telephone, and a surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter and adapted to transmission/reception signals in different passbands. The parasitic inductance attributed to the mounted SAW filter is reduced, and the characteristic of the lower-frequency side attenuation of the SAW filter is improved. The module comprises a demultiplexing/multiplexing circuit, a switch circuit, a low-pass filter, an electrode pattern constituting at least a part of each of the demultiplexing/multiplexing circuit, the switch circuit, and the low-pass filter, a multilayer body including a dielectric layer on which the electrode pattern is formed, an SAW filter adapted to the frequency bands, having grounding electrodes, and mounted on the multilayer body, a diode constituting a part of the switch circuit and mounted on the multilayer body, and a via for directly connecting a grounding electrode formed in the multilayer body and a grounding terminal of the surface acoustic wave filter.

摘要： There is provided a SAW duplexer in which a bridging inductor can be formed without increasing the area of a package substrate, which has a good filter characteristic, and which can achieve size reduction. A SAW duplexer (1) includes a first SAW filter having a passband with a relatively low frequency, and a second SAW filter having a passband with a relatively high frequency. The first and second SAW filters each have a ladder-shaped circuit configuration. A bridging inductor is connected in parallel to at least one serial arm resonator in the second SAW filter. The bridging inductor includes a coiled portion provided on a multilayer package substrate. The coiled portion is formed by connecting first to third wires (23, 26, and 29) provided on first to third layers by via-hole conductors. First, third, and fifth via-hole conductors (24, 27, and 30) that form a coil return wire portion are disposed inside the coiled portion.

摘要： A surface-acoustic-wave filter couples a two-port surface-acoustic-wave resonator filter circuit coupled in parallel or in series with a two-port impedance circuit. The two-port impedance circuit has an impedance that creates a pole of attenuation, by making the open-circuit impedance of the surface-acoustic-wave filter equal to the short-circuit impedance. High attenuation over a wide range of stopband frequencies is obtained in this way, combined with steep roll-off between the passband and stopband.

The laminated package also includes a second layer that is located below the first layer. The second layer includes a partition ground line pattern that is located between the signal line patterns, a signal foot pad for external connection, and a ground foot pad.
The first ground line pattern and the second ground line pattern are connected to the partition ground line pattern via the ground foot pad.
