摘要： A slip ring device includes a pair of slip rings, a pair of connecting conductors, and an insulating molded body in which the slip rings and the connecting conductors are provided. The insulating molded body includes a molded body main body portion disposed in a position further from a rotor main body than a bearing provided on a shaft, the slip rings being provided in the molded body main body portion, an opposing portion disposed between the bearing and the rotor main body, and a pair of beam portions that connect the molded body main body portion to the opposing portion, the connecting conductors being provided respectively in the beam portions. A pair of shaft grooves respectively accommodating the pair of beam portions are provided in the shaft. A spreading suppression portion for preventing resin with which a field coil is impregnated from spreading into the shaft grooves is provided in the opposing portion.

摘要： An axial flux rotating electrical machine is disclosed, the machine comprising a stator (10), a cooling jacket (22, 100) inside the stator for cooling the stator, and stator windings (24) around the stator and the cooling jacket. The cooling jacket comprises a plurality of independent protrusions (76) which extend radially outwards through the stator windings and which secure the stator to the machine. This can allow the stator to be secured without the need for direct contact with the stator.

摘要： A power tool has a motor having a stator made by separately forming pole pieces, return path pieces and field coils. The field coils are placed over necks of the pole path pieces and the return path pieces are affixed to the pole pieces. An armature having an outside diameter of at least 0.625 the outside diameter of the stator is placed in the stator. The field coils may be formed so that they extend beyond pole tips of the pole pieces.
