    • The permanent percutaneous electric connection device (100) comprises a percutaneous catch (110) adapted to be connected to an external entity of a body of a patient, an electric connection body (120) adapted to be coupled with an internal entity (150) of the body of the patient, a set of intermediate connection intended to be arranged between the electric connection body and the internal entity and adapted to be fixed in the body of the patient, and an electric cable removably connected to the electric connection body and to the intermediate connection. The permanent percutaneous electric connection device (100) comprises a percutaneous catch (110) adapted to be connected to an external entity of a body of a patient, an electric connection body (120) adapted to be coupled with an internal entity (150) of the body of the patient, a set of intermediate connection intended to be arranged between the electric connection body and the internal entity and adapted to be fixed in the body of the patient, and an electric cable removably connected to the electric connection body and to the intermediate connection. The percutaneous catch and the electric connection body are connected with each other through a connection body, and are designed for a partial osseous burying in the osseous structure. The connection body is designed for a total osseous burying in the osseous structure. The percutaneous catch includes a percutaneous pillar (111) arranged on an anchoring base, where the pillar includes a connection. The electric connection body includes a connector arranged on a base, where the connector is intended to be coupled with the internal entity. The connection body, the base of the percutaneous catch and the base of the electric connection body are configured for the total osseous burying in the osseous structure so that the percutaneous pillar and the connector cover a surface of the osseous structure. The percutaneous catch and the electric connection body: are separated by a distance of 10 mm; have average plans forming an angle of 15[deg] ; and have bases that extend in the same plan and have wall provided with cavities so as to form alveolate walls. The electric connection body is an electric connection case having an intraosseous base and a subcutaneous lid. Each base of the percutaneous catch and the electric connection body has a unit to anchor the percutaneous catch and the electric connection case respectively in a housing arranged in the osseous structure. The anchoring unit comprises: an intraosseous fixation system that includes a base intended to be inserted in the housing according to a direction of insertion perpendicular to a bottom of the housing and a body with a lateral wall; and plates extending from the base to form a joint so as to level the surface of the osseous structure in periphery of the housing. The anchoring base includes a main body and an anchoring arm extending to the main body. The anchoring body is a cam movably mounted on the anchoring arm to pivot around an axis of rotation, which is parallel to the direction of insertion of the device in the housing. Each plate has a crossing opening intended to receive a screw of osteosynthesis for anchoring in the osseous structure. The anchoring unit is arranged on the base of the percutaneous catch and the electric connection body to form points of anchoring according to a longitudinal axis of the connection body. The intermediate connection includes: an electric intermediate connection case adapted to be connected to the electric connection case; and an auxiliary catch adapted to be connected to an external electrical supply. An independent claim is included for a process for manufacturing a permanent percutaneous electric connection device.
