    • The present invention relates to a method for controlling output of inverters in a fuel cell system and of a fuel cell, for operating each inverter group by segmenting, into a plurality of ranges within reference values, the range of output frequencies and establishing for each of the inverter groups in the fuel cell system comprising the inverter groups, and for stabilizing the output frequencies by blocking the inverters within the range segmented for each of the inverter groups in the fuel cell system, when the output frequencies become unstable while operating each of the inverter groups, thereby promoting active grid protection. The present invention actively protects the grid so that a stable grid frequency is established, thereby requiring a rapid grid response when output frequency and grid voltage abnormalities occur due to an occurrence of an abnormality in a normally operating by: categorizing the output frequencies and output voltages inside the fuel cell system with respect to each of the output voltages and the output frequencies using parameters for the output voltages and the output frequencies in the fuel cell system, and more specifically, categorizing the output frequencies by dividing the range of the output frequencies into sections within a reference value range; generating the inverter groups; applying the inverter groups to a field; and applying the output frequencies so that the range of the output frequencies does not exceed the range of the reference values. Shutdown occurs wherein the entire grid is shutdown, when a rapid response does not take place. Therefore, the present invention prevents a simultaneous shutdown of the entire fuel cell system by operating by means of establishing inverter groups in the fuel cell system for each of the output frequency range, and establishing the specific range for values of the output voltages and the output frequencies.
