摘要： An electrode module, and more particularly, an electrode module capable of improving productivity by integrally bonding a current collector and a pair of electrodes using a protective film is provided. The electrode module includes a current collector to receive power from an external power supply, and a pair of electrodes (140) to receive power from the current collector (120), in which the current collector and electrodes are integrally bonded by thermocompression using a protective film (160). The electrode module further comprises a conductive binder (180) formed between the current collector and the electrodes in each electrode module.

摘要： Disclosed is an energy storage device, which comprises an external terminal having any one of positive and negative polarities and including a protrusion and a first terminal; a case having a polarity opposite to the external terminal and including an extension; a substrate disposed to surround an outer circumference of the protrusion of the external terminal through a hole formed at a center thereof; and a connection member located at an upper surface of the substrate and coupled to the first terminal of the external terminal, wherein the first terminal and the substrate are connected by means of the connection member, and the extension is connected to the substrate. Since a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the energy storage device are electrically connected to a substrate having a cell balancing function without a harness or any other member, it is possible to reduce the cost required for preparing the harness or any other member, and it is also possible to improve the economic feasibility and productivity of the energy storage device module by omitting the process of installing the harness or any other member.

摘要： There is provided a method for producing an aluminum structural body, including an electrical conduction treatment of forming an electrically conductive layer made of aluminum on a surface of a resin molded body and a plating process of plating the resin molded body subjected to the electrical conduction treatment with aluminum in a molten salt bath. Even with a porous resin molded body having a three-dimensional network structure, the method allows the surface of the porous resin molded body to be plated with aluminum, thus forming a high-purity aluminum structural body having a uniform thick film. Porous aluminum having a large area is also provided.
