    • In a manufacturing method of the induction charger film according to the invention a first patterned insulation layer (15) is advantageously printed on the surface of a clean copper foil (130). After this copper conductors (131-134) of the induction charger are patterned by etching from the second, yet untreated surface of the metal foil. After etching the conductors a ferrite film (14) is laminated underneath the primary coil (13) and the copper conductors (131-134) of the induction charger, with which ferrite film the magnetic flux created by the primary coil (13) is directed above the primary coil.

    • Provided is a winding method capable of improving productivity for a transformer unit which includes a high-voltage component constituting a voltage doubler rectifying circuit configured to rectify a high-frequency high voltage applied from a secondary winding held on the same bobbin on which a transformer is held. The transformer unit includes: a transformer which is mounted on a printed board, and which includes: a bobbin 28 around which at least a primary winding 13 and the secondary winding 14 are wound; and a core 29 which is inserted into the center of the bobbin 28; and a component holding portion configured to hold a component at the outer peripheral portion except for a mount side to be mounted on the printed board. The transformer unit further includes a voltage doubler rectifying circuit 7 which is provided at the component holding portion and which is configured to rectify a high-frequency high voltage applied from the secondary winding, 14. The secondary winding 14 is connected to the lead terminal 24 of a high-voltage component constituting the voltage doubler rectifying circuit 7 without intervening a rib 21 provided on the bobbin 28.

    • A concentrated winding coil according to the present invention comprises a plurality of coil layers each of which comprises a plurality of wire turns wound in alignment winding; and a bobbin (1) comprising an inner flange (1-c), an outer flange (1-b) and a bobbin body (1-a) on which the wire (2) is wound, wherein: each of the coil layers includes a turn shift portion where the wire is shifted from an n-th turn to an (n+1)-th turn; the turn shift portion is located only on a side of a coil end section of the coil; and the bobbin body (1-a) has no guide grooves. Furthermore, a method of manufacturing the concentrated winding coil according to the present invention comprises steps of: winding the wire (2) on the bobbin (1); and pressing the wire by a wire guiding/holding member (3-a, 3-b) toward the inner flange (1-c) or toward the outer flange (1-b).
