摘要： An inductor pattern (4) is formed on the upper face of an insulating substrate (1). The inductor pattern (4) is a ladder-shaped electrode composed of a substantially V-shaped frame portion (4a) and plural lateral bars (4b) crossing across two arms (41, 42) of the substantially V-shaped frame portion to be trimmed for adjustment of the inductance. The plural lateral bars (4b) are arranged at substantially equal intervals. The two arms of the substantially V-shaped frame portion have an angle (θ) of 45° approximately to the lateral bars.

摘要： The invention relates to thin-layered superconductors, particularly those having tunable or adjustable characteristics. The invention also relates to a method for the production of said components, in addition to devices including said components. The invention comprises a stack of thin layers alternately consisting of an electrically insulating material and a superconductor material, and tuning means resulting in a resistive link between at least two of said superconductor layers. 摘要： Embodiments of a variable inductor and a communication device are generally described herein. The variable inductor may comprise a signal wire and a control wire to receive a direct current (DC) control current. The variable inductor may further comprise a magnetic material integrated with the signal wire and the control wire. When a DC control current applied to the control wires takes a first current value, an inductance between an input node and an output node on the signal wire may take a first inductance value. When the DC control current takes a second current value, the inductance between the input node and the output node may take a second inductance value.
