摘要： Es wird ein Verfahren zur Untersuchung der biologischen Abbaubarkeit eines Stoffs, insbesondere von Abfall, vorgeschlagen. Dem zu untersuchenden Stoff wird eine Bakterienkultur zugesetzt. Eine beim Abbau erfolgende Gasbildung wird erfaßt. Um feststellen zu können, ob der zu untersuchende Stoff mindestens einen unerwünschten Inhaltsstoff enthält, der den Abbau hemmt und/oder für die Bakterienkultur toxisch ist, wird dem Stoff weiter ein biologisch abbaubarer Zusatzstoff zugesetzt. Es wird zusätzlich erfaßt, ob der Zusatzstoff abgebaut wird. Wenn der Zusatzstoff abgebaut wird, liegt keine Hemmung oder toxische Wirkung durch ein unerwünschten Inhaltsstoff vor. Wenn der Zusatzstoff nicht abgebaut wird und wenn keine Gasbildung erfolgt, ist der biologische Abbau gehemmt. In diesem Fall erfolgen vorzugsweise weitergehende Untersuchungen, um über die biologische Abbaubarkeit des zu untersuchenden Stoffs endgültig entscheiden zu können.

摘要： Disclosed is a quantitative analysis method based on air pressure detection, which can be used for the high-sensitivity quantitative detection of various targets having inorganic ions, micromolecules and biological macromolecules such as proteins, DNA, and even viruses, bacteria, cells, etc. The present invention catalyzes hydrogen peroxide to generate a large amount of gas using enzymes or nanometer particles, etc.; converts a target molecule detection signal into a gas pressure intensity signal; achieves signal amplification; and finally converts the pressure intensity change into an electrical signal to conduct a reading through a barometer, thereby achieving high-sensitivity quantitative detection. In the present invention, the feasibility, wide applicability and reliability of the present invention are certified through three different detection systems, i.e. an ELISA system, a DNA hydrogel and a functional DNA sensor, respectively, using a barometer.

摘要： The invention monitors the neutralization process involving hydrogen peroxide solution and a hydrogen peroxide neutralization catalyst and compares measured values with theoretical values. The system monitors the chemical reaction and notifies the user of the neutralization status. In an exemplary embodiment, the initial hydrogen peroxide solution concentration is neutralized with a palladium catalyst after a period of time. A microcontroller analyzes the measurements and displays the neutralization process results using colored LED lights and/or text or images on a LCD display. In one embodiment, an apparatus adapted for use with a cleaning solution used to clean a medical device may include a trigger, a processing device in communication with the trigger, and a display device. The processing device provides a trigger count and the display device communicates with the processing device and displays a message based on the count.
