摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for in-situ testing impact strength of a micro-structure, comprising: a flexible beam, one end of which being fixed; an impact mass block disposed at the other end of the flexible beam and configured to exert an impact on the micro-structure; and a locking member comprising a beam arm and a plurality of locking teeth, wherein the beam arm is perpendicular to the flexible beam and one end of the beam arm is fixed, and wherein the plurality of locking teeth are distributed at intervals along the beam arm, such that the other end of the flexible beam is engaged to one of the plurality of locking teeth when the flexible beam is loaded. A method for testing an impact strength of a micro-structure is also disclosed.

摘要： A method for bending test of a flexible screen is disclosed, including: connecting the flexible screen to a fixing device to form two connection ends; and conducting an extrusion test to the flexible screen, including moving the fixing device to change the distance between the connection ends of the fixing device so that the distance is less than or equal to the length of the flexible screen between the two connection ends. A system for bending test of a flexible screen is also disclosed. The above method and system for bending test of a flexible screen, which can simulate an operational environment of the flexible screen by moving the fixing device to conduct an extrusion test to the flexible screen, can reduce testing costs compared with the traditional methods and apparatuses for bending test of a flexible screen.

摘要： There are provided a strength evaluation method of a die casting product capable of appropriately evaluating the strength of the die casting product, and a die casting product in which the strength is evaluated by the strength evaluation method. A breakage test is performed by a simple strength tester after casting, and then, a strength reduction ratio is estimated based on an area ratio of cold flakes in a broken surface obtained by broken surface observation.
Alternatively, ultrasonic flaw detection is performed for an internal defect in a predetermined range of a high stress portion of the die casting product, calculated by stress analysis in advance, and the die casting product is evaluated to have a predetermined strength when a defect ratio obtained by dividing a total area of the internal defect in the predetermined range by a total defect detection area is less than or equal to a predetermined value.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and device for determining the fatigue resistance of metallic materials at ultrasonic frequencies and a constant temperature. The inventive method can be used to examine materials subjected to bending and traction/compression stresses at different temperatures ranging from atmospheric temperature to 1000 °C and at high frequency. Said method can be used to evaluate the breaking stress and the number of cycles to which the material has been subjected and to record the break profile.
