When the compressed gas is supplied to a blow-back ventilating opening 20, the closing portion 35 makes a blow-back air-supply opening 23 become the opening state. At that time, only the rod 34 of the change valve 34 prevents supply of the compressed gas in the change valve gas chamber 21.
