The vane includes opposing first (116) and second (118) surfaces between the leading and trailing edges. The first and second surfaces are porous to provide fluidic communication between the first surface and the second surface to resist fluid separation along the first surface and/or the second surface to minimize fluid pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet of the manifold.

摘要： Provided is a heat exchanger having improved heat transfer performance. A heat exchanger (100) according to the present invention includes a heat transfer unit (102) configured to perform heat exchange by contact with gas (112), and a contact surface (102a) of the heat transfer unit (102) to be in contact with the gas (112) is provided with a fine structure body (102b) which has a height of 10 µm or less and a surface area of 10 times or more of a smooth surface. The gas (112) desirably has a Reynolds number of 30,000 or more, and the fine structure body (102b) is desirably formed of the same material as that of a base material forming the contact surface (102a). Moreover, the fine structure body (102b) desirably has heat conductivity equal to or larger than the base material forming the contact surface (102a).

The tubes (42) are disposed to be exposed to the exhaust gas, such that a flow of the exhaust gas passes around the tubes (42) transfers heat from the exhaust gas to the tubes (42) and thereby the water flowing through the tubes (42) sufficient for the water to evaporate into steam. The tubes (42) each having an outer surface with a plurality of deformations (68) formed therein sufficient to introduce turbulence in the flow of the exhaust gas for enhancing heat transfer from the exhaust gas to the tubes (42).
