摘要： The present invention relates to a method for drying clothes using vacuum heat pump and a dryer, the dryer includes an outer tub, a driving device, a control device, a sealed drum, a heat pump system, a vacuum device and a steam generating device, the steam generating device connects with the interior of the drum to let the hot steam come into the interior of the drum, the vacuum device connects with the interior of the drum to vacuumize, the heat pump system is arranged in the drum external, the heat generated by the heat pump device is exchanged to the outer surface of the drum through a liquid medium so as to heat the wet clothes in the drum, simulaneously damp-hot air mixed with the water vapor pumped from heating clothes in drum by a vacuum device and the hot steam pumped into the drum and contacted with clothes are cooled and condensed into water, the water produced by damp-hot air is connected with water provided by the steam generating device. The present invention increases the efficiency of heat-exchange, reduces the energy consumption, improve the safety of dryer and eliminate the fire hazards.

Heat source 7 and heat sink 8 are included in a heat pump 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 wherein the heat source 7 is provided for transferring heat from a refrigerant to the process air, and the heat sink 8 is provided for transferring heat from the process air to the refrigerant. The heat pump 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 further comprises a controllable compressor 9 for compressing and driving the refrigerant through the heat pump 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 for transferring heat from said heat sink 8 to said heat source 7, an expander 10 for expanding the refrigerant, and a refrigerant guide 11 for guiding the refrigerant through the heat pump 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 in a second circuit closed in itself, and an operating unit 12 for operating the process air guide 5 and the heat pump 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. Durch anschließende Kondensation und Entspannung der vorher verdichteten Dämpfe wird es möglich, die gesamte zur Trocknung aufgebrachte Verdampfungsenthalpie zur Aufheizung des Trockengutes zu nutzen.
