摘要： A steam generation system (10) includes one or more liquid reservoirs (12) and a steam generator (14) converting liquid from the liquid reservoirs (12) into steam during a steam cycle. The liquid reservoirs (12) are connected to the steam generator (14) via a first liquid line (16) and via a second liquid line (22). First and second fluid level sensors are associated with a minimum level and with a maximum level of liquid in the steam generator (14), respectively. A fill pump (20) is located along the first liquid line (16) and controls liquid exiting the liquid reservoirs (12) and entering the steam generator (14). A drainage pump (24) is located along the second liquid line (22) and controls liquid exiting the steam generator (14) and entering the liquid reservoirs (12). The steam generator (14) is connected to steam output (28) via a steam line (26). The calibration method comprises the step of estimating a flow rate of a component of the steam generation system (10) which may be the steam generator (14) or the fill pump (20) or the drainage pump (24). The flow rate of the component of the steam generation system (10) may be estimated at the beginning of a steam cycle or during a steam cycle or after a steam cycle.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and to a corresponding device for determining at least one model parameter (M) of a control engineering model of a steam generator, wherein a control engineering model structure having the at least one characteristic model parameter is predetermined for the steam generator. Measurement signals of the steam generation process are recorded online. According to the invention, the at least one model parameter is estimated online. For this purpose the same input signal (ES) is applied to both the real process (P) and the model of the steam generator. Next, an estimability analysis (SBA) is carried out, wherein at least one output signal of the respective process (ASP) and/or model (ASM), or at least one input signal, are processed by a comparative evaluation on the basis of a gradient analysis (SWG). Estimation ranges within which a valid parameter estimation is possible are defined in a further step on the basis of the gradient analysis. If the estimability is positively assessed, the current estimated value of the at least one model parameter is improved and furthermore the model is adapted by means of the estimated values in an iterative process. The invention further relates to a control unit for a steam generator and to a computer program product.

摘要： Thermal stress of a metal portion of a pressure-tight tube is calculated on the basis of calculated values of a temperature distribution calculator for calculating the distribution of temperature at positions equidistantly arranged in a direction of the thickness of the aforesaid tube on the basis of measured values of metal portion of the aforesaid tube, whereby the thermal stress being changed momently is accurately measured and monitored. Further, there is provided a calculation cycle for presetting calculation cycles on the basis of measured values of the fluid temperature in the aforesaid tube. The calculation cycles are made short when fluctuations in the measured values of the fluid temperature are large, while, the calculation cycles are made long when fluctuations in the measured values of the fluid temperature are small.
