A back substrate 34, a lamp body 12 including front support columns 12j, 12k and 12m that guide and position the back substrate 34 when the back substrate 34 is attached, and a front substrate 26 that is disposed in the lamp body 12 to be stacked on the back substrate 34 and is fixed to tip end portions of the front support columns 12j, 12k and 12m are included. The front support columns 12j, 12k and 12m perform guide and positioning of the back substrate 34, and fixing of the front substrate 26, and thereby the number of components and cost of the lamp body 12 are reduced, as compared with a case where the guide portions, positioning portions and fixing portions of the back substrate 34 and the front substrate 26 are individually provided respectively.

摘要： The invention provides a substrate (1) for LED packaging, a LED package (40) and a LED bulb. The substrate (1) is in a strip shape, at least one end of the substrate (1) is provided with an electrode lead-out wire (2). The electrode lead-out wire (2) is connected to the substrate (1) by a connecting component (3) and/ or a connecting material, wherein at least one opening (5) arranged along the length direction of the substrate (1) is provided on the substrate (1). The LED package (40) comprises the substrate(1), the substrate(1) is provided with a plurality of LED chips (10), and the plurality of LED chips(10) are connected in series and/or parallel with each other by connecting wires(11). The LED bulb of the present invention has the LED package (40). According to the invention, the openings (5) in the middle part of the substrate (1) make the arrangement and control of the LED chips (10) on the substrate (1) simpler and more diversified, which facilitates the air ventilation and heat dissipation of the LED package (40), makes the service life of the LED bulb longer, and makes the emitting angle more all-directional.

A second heat sink (17) receives heat via a substrate (12), said heat having been generated from the LED element (13), and transmits the heat to a third heat sink (19). The third heat sink (19) extends toward the translucent cover (31) from one end, which serves as a coupling section coupled with the second heat sink (17), and the other end is coupled to the first heat sink (33). The LED element (13) is positioned on a center line (61) of the translucent cover (31) formed along a cross-section thereof.
