      A front disk brake 26 includes a brake caliper 24 provided with a pair of caliper side mount portions 48, 49, and a caliper bracket 42 provided with a pair of bracket side mount portions 52, 53, the brake caliper 24 being fixed to the caliper bracket 42 by mounting fastening bolts 40, 41 in bolt passing holes 46, 47 and screw holes 50, 51 formed respectively in the mount portions, wherein the bolt passing holes 46, 47 and the screw holes 50, 51 are provided at their portions on the sides of opposed surfaces 54, 55 with counterbores 56, 57, 58, 59 in which collar members 60, 61 are to be fitted, and, of the counterbores, the lower-side counterbore 57 in the brake caliper 24 is formed in an oblong sectional shape elongate in the arrangement direction of this lower-side counterbore 57 and the upper-side counterbore 56 paired therewith.
