The bypass (30) has at least one layer (50) in which the radiation sources (40) are arranged, and the radiation sources (40) emit visible light (42). The invention additionally relates to a method for disinfecting liquids (10) using a device (1) according to the invention, wherein the light (42) emitted from the radiation sources (40) excites the at least one photosensitizer (20) from a base state into an excited state, and reactive oxygen species are formed by means of the energy dispensed by the photosensitizer (20) when transitioning from the excited state into an energetically lower state.

摘要： Methods for reducing and regulating the acidification of water are provided. The method for reducing the acidification of water includes contacting at least one melanin material with the water and catalyzing a reaction between the water, CO2 and/or bicarbonate that produces glucose and increases pH of the water. The acidification of water is regulated by removing the at least one melanin material from the water once a desired pH of the water has been attained. The methods for reducing and regulating the acidification of water are particularly suited for the treatment of seawater that has been acidified by naturally occurring or artificially initiated reactions that increase free hydrogen ions in water, for example absorption of atmospheric carbon dioxide.

摘要： A method of treating a liquid, the method including: receiving a chemically treated liquid; passing the chemically treated liquid through a nanobubble generator to produce a nanobubble-containing liquid; treating the nanobubble-containing liquid with disinfecting radiation to produce a resultant liquid; and releasing the resultant liquid for use. A liquid treatment system including: a source of liquid; a chemical treatment station to test the chemical content of the source liquid and, if necessary, provide an appropriate amount of chemical treatment to the liquid to provide a chemically treated liquid; a nanobubble generator in fluid communication with the chemical treatment station that generates nanobubbles to provide a nanobubble liquid; a radiation-based disinfecting unit (RDU) in fluid communication with the nanobubble generator that exposes the nanobubble liquid to radiation and provides treated liquid; a pump to produce a liquid flow through the system; and an outlet through which the treated liquid flows.

摘要： A multipolar microkinetic drinking water, a preparation method for same, and uses thereof. The multipolar microkinetic drinking water is prepared from raw drinking water being passed through an electromagnetic wave without contact. Compared with the raw drinking water, the ultraviolet absorption peak is offset by 25 nm to 40 nm in the direction of shortwaves, where the preferred offset is 28 nm to 30 nm in the direction of the shortwaves, and the optimal offset is either 30 nm or 28 nm in the direction of the shortwaves.
