    • A housing device 10 includes a movable pulley unit 20, first weights 18, and a movable pulley holding mechanism. The movable pulley unit 20 is provided so as to be movable relative to the housing 12 in an up-down direction, and is movable among a first position at which a long object is housed within a housing, a second position at which the long object is pulled out from the housing, and a third position which is set between the first position and the second position. Whereas the long object is pulled out from the housing when the movable pulley unit 20 moves upward, the long object is housed in the housing when the movable pulley unit moves downward. The first weights 18 are separated from the movable pulley unit when the movable pulley unit moves between the first position and the third position, and moves together with the movable pulley unit when the movable pulley unit moves between the third position and the second position. Between the first position and the second position, the movable pulley holding mechanism switches between a state where the movable pulley is movable downward and a state where the movable pulley is immovable downward.

    • A hose reel is described comprising a support casing (1), a drum (3) rotatably fitted inside said casing (1) and connected to it by elastic rewinding means (2). The drum (3) provides a flange (4) integral with it and couplable in rotation with a locking disc (5) equipped with teeth (8) engageable with opposing teeth capable of stopping its rotation. Elastic separation means (10) are provided between the flange (4) and the locking disc (5) to keep the latter in a first position axially distanced from said flange (4), teeth and counter-teeth means (51, 52) mutually engaged to allow the flange (4) to draw the locking disc (5) into integral rotation with it, and cam and counter-cam means (6, 7) which, in the event of said flange exceeding a predetermined threshold speed cause the axial displacement of said locking disc (5) into a second position adjoining said flange (4) in which its teeth (8) engage with said opposing teeth (9) to produce the consequent stopping of the rotation of said drum (3).

    • Ein Aufroller für ein langgestrecktes, flexibles Element, insbesondere für einen Schlauch (32), umfaßt eine drehbare Trommel (20) zum Aufrollen bzw. Abrollen des Elementes. Eine Rückholvorrichtung dreht die Trommel (20) in der Aufrollrichtung (22) oder der Abrollrichtung (21). Sie verfügt über eine selbsttätige Bremse (40) zum Abstoppen des Aufrollvorganges bzw. Abrollvorganges in einer vorbestimmten Drehstellung der Trommel (20), in der das Element auf eine definierte Restlänge aufgerollt bzw. abgerollt ist. Die Bremse (40) umfaßt eine mit der Trommel (20) umlaufende Aufrollvorrichtung für ein langgestrecktes, flexibles Bremselement, zum Beispiel eine Schnur (42). Das Bremselement ist in mehreren Windungen um eine Mantelfläche (29) der Trommel (20) gewickelt. Ein Ende des Bremselementes ist mit einem Umfang der Trommel (20) verbunden. Das Bremselement ist derart bemessen, daß die Trommel (20) bei Erreichen der vorbestimmten Drehstellung durch eine Zugkraft im Bremselement zwangsweise angehalten wird. Das Bremselement ist abschnittsweise, insbesondere mit einer Windung, von der Mantelfläche (29) abgehoben und um einen raumfesten Umlenkpunkt geführt.

    • An acceleration sensor of a webbing take-up device is provided with a sensor housing in which a spherical body is placed. A rotating shaft is formed at a longitudinal wall of a support wall of the sensor housing, and rotatably supported at a shaft receiving hole formed in a hanger support wall. A position of formation of the rotating shaft is set to be upward relative to a center of gravity of the sensor housing whose state where a sensor lever is installed at the support wall and the spherical body is placed on a curved-surface of a placing portion. Consequently, even without a heavy body being attached at the lower side of the spherical body or the lower side of the sensor housing, the sensor housing rotates responsively when the take-up device main body is tilted. Therefore, the acceleration sensor can be reduced in size.
