    • The invention relates to a test reagent container where a discharge port is formed by depressing a projecting member formed on a bottom part of the container so that the content can be discharged through the discharge port, and intends to provide a test reagent container which can easily and reliably discharge the content. A test reagent container includes: a bottom part; a peripheral wall which is raised approximately perpendicularly from a periphery of the bottom part; and a storage part which is defined by the bottom part and the peripheral wall, wherein a projecting part is formed on the bottom part in a projecting manner toward the outside of the container, wherein a proximal end of the projecting part is formed in a bendable manner relative to the bottom part, and an easily breakable part is formed on a periphery of the projecting part except for the proximal end of the projecting part, a distal end side of the projecting part is positioned in the vicinity of the periphery of the bottom part, a portion of the projecting part where a projecting height from the bottom part becomes the greatest is positioned close to the periphery of the bottom part, and the easily breakable part is broken when the projecting part is depressed from the outside of the container, and the projecting part is pushed into the inside of the container so as to form a discharge port.

    • A dispensing system (20) of the present invention includes a chute assembly (30) and a rectangular container (32) for dispensing of particulate material in the container (32). The chute assembly (30) includes door (42) and latch mechanisms (49) which are opened to receive the rectangular container (32). Insertion of the rectangular container (32) into the chute assembly (30) automatically engages the latch mechanism (49), allowing the doors (42) to open, which then engages a cutting subassembly (50) of the chute assembly to open the container (32) and expose the particulate contents for dispensing. The container (32) includes an outer cardboard container (100), a cardboard insert (102) having a wedge-shaped circumference at one end thereof, and a plasticized or foil liner (104). The container includes means for partially exposing the liner prior to insertion of the container into the chute assembly.

The lid-closing part 15 and the intermediate lid-pushing part 14 are successively inserted into the slit portion 11a, the intermediate lid-pushing part 14 covers the lid-constituting part 11 and the lid-constituting part 12 covers the intermediate lid-pushing part 14. By taking such a configuration, it is possible to close the opening doubly as well as it is possible to open the opening easily.
