The bracket is mountable to a vehicle panel 18 on the first side, and being mountable to an auxiliary component, such as a grab handle, on the second side. The bracket assembly additionally comprises reinforcing means 14 arranged to abut the second side of the bracket. The bracket is deflectable away from the reinforcing means along a first direction and abutment between the second side of the bracket and the reinforcing means limits deflection of the bracket along a second direction that is opposite the first direction. The deflection may mitigate against injury in the case of a collision.

摘要： A cabin interior 12 lighting system for a land vehicle 10, the cabin interior lighting system 14 comprising; a lighting module 24 arranged to illuminate the cabin interior comprising a low colour temperature white light 32 and a high colour temperature white light 34; and, a control module 16 arranged to vary the intensity of light emitted by the low temperature white light and/or the high temperature white light. There may also be a mixing optic (Figure 5, 136), which may have a substantially S shaped geometry, arrange to mix the light emitted from the low and high colour temperature white lights. Each arc of the S shaped curve may be greater than 200 degrees. There may also be included an ambient light sensor and/or motion sensor. Furthermore there may be a user input to vary the intensity of the light emitted, by either the high or low temperature white light. A vehicle comprising a cabin interior lighting is also claimed, along with a method of use.

Additionally, the hook assembly may comprise a predetermined failure location, so as to break or substantially deform when a force above a predetermined threshold is applied.
