    • The present invention provides a tire with excellent durability having an overlap splice portion in which an inner liner configured from a film whose main component is thermoplastic resin is adhered to an inner side of a carcass layer of a tire via a tie rubber sheet and end portions in a tire circumferential direction of the film overlap via a tie rubber across a tire width direction, wherein a crack is not generated near an overlap splice portion of an inner liner layer, after the pneumatic tire has started traveling. The pneumatic tire of the present invention includes: (a) a surface on a tire cavity side of a film positioned on a tire cavity side in the overlap splice portion is formed with a recess so that a film thickness at the overlap splice portion becomes thinner than a film thickness of portions other than the overlap splice portion, (b) a surface on a tire outer circumferential side of the film positioned on the tire cavity side in the overlap splice portion is formed flat between the overlap splice portion and the portions other than the overlap splice portion, and (c) a surface on a tire cavity side and a surface on a tire outer circumferential side of a film positioned on a tire outer circumferential side in the overlap splice portion are formed flat between the overlap splice portion and the portions other than the overlap splice portion.

    • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fahrzeugluftreifen mit Notlaufeigenschaften, enthaltend einen profilierten Laufstreifen (1), einen mehrlagigen Gürtelverband (2), eine Innenschicht (4), eine Karkasse (3), die in den Wulstbereichen (5, 5') von axial innen nach axial außen um zugfeste Kerne (6, 6') und den Kernen aufsitzenden Kernprofilen (7, 7') als Karkasshochschlag (3a, 3a') herumgeführt ist und Seitenwände (8, 8'), innerhalb derer mindestens ein im Querschnitt mondsichelförmiges, über den Umfang der Seitenwand ringförmig geschlossenes Verstärkungsprofil (9, 9') angeordnet ist.
      Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Fahrzeugluftreifen mit Notlaufeigenschaften bereitzustellen, der im Notlauf sowie im normalen Fahrbetrieb gute Fahreigenschaften und eine ausreichende Luftdichtigkeit aufweist, aber verglichen mit gattungsgemäßen Notlaufreifen kostengünstig in seiner Herstellung ist.
      Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Innenschicht (4), im Querschnitt betrachtet, aus wenigstens zwei einander in wenigstens einem Überlappungsbereich (13) berührenden Innenschichtabschnitten (4a, 4b) aus verschiedenen Kautschukmischungen besteht, wobei der erste Innenschichtabschnitt (4a) radial innen unterhalb des Laufstreifenbereiches angeordnet ist und eine halobutylkautschukhaltige Kautschukmischung A enthält, und wobei ein zweiter Innenschichtabschnitt (4b) wenigstens innerhalb der Querschnittshöhe (12) eines Verstärkungsprofils (9) liegt und aus wenigstens einer Kautschukmischung B besteht, die frei von Halobutylkautschuk ist.
