摘要： The invention relates to a windshield wiper device for a vehicle, for wiping a window (4), comprising a wiper blade (2) that has an elongate upper part (10) and an elongate lower part (12) which are at least partly flexible. Also provided is a plurality of connecting elements (18) for connecting the upper part (10) and the lower part (12), the connecting elements (18) being spaced apart along a longitudinal direction (8) of the wiper blade (2) and being attached to the upper part (10) and/or the lower part (12) by a rotary joint (20), and the connecting elements (18) being designed to allow a motion of the upper part (10) and the lower part relative to each other with a motion component along the longitudinal direction (8) of the wiper blade (2). Each connecting element (18) extends along a longitudinal axis (24) of the connecting element (18) and along a transverse axis (25) running perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (24), which runs from the upper part (10) to the lower part (12). The transverse axes (25) of at least two connecting elements (18) adjoining each other along the longitudinal direction (8) define a demolding angle (β) of at least 0.5° relative to one another.

摘要： A process is disclosed for producing hard elastic antifriction coating layers that adhere firmly to elastomer substrates. The substrates are coated with a sol obtained by hydrolysing and condensing silanes having the formula (I): R1Si(OR')¿3?, in which R?1¿ is a glycidyloxy or mercapto-functional rest and R' is a lower alkyl rest, then hardening the coating layer into a gel. This process is particularly suitable for coating rubber surfaces, for example of windshield wiper blades.

摘要： An improved wiper blade is made from a curable elastomeric composition which comprises about 100 parts of a silicone polymer, about 40 parts of filler, about from 0.5 to 2.0 parts of vulcanising catalyst and from 0 to about 10 parts of other enhancement additives, all parts being by weight. A method for making the wiper blade is also described in which a continuous length of elastomer is extruded through a die having a die opening shaped to produce a pair of wiper blades joined in edge-to-edge relation with a weakened mid-section, and the extruded elastomer is then cured. The cured elastomer is then separated into two separate lengths of wiper blade by pulling the length of continuous elastomer along the weakened mid-section.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for producing a moulded body, in particular a vulcanized moulded rubber body. In method step a), the moulded body is first of all formed from a vulcanizable material. A thermosetting coating can subsequently be applied to the surface of the moulded body. In method step b), the moulded body is dipped into a heated silicone bath in order to vulcanize the vulcanizable material of the moulded body and/or to cure the thermosetting coating.
