Also, a respective connecting member (32, 52) and a tire comprising such a member (32, 52) is disclosed.

    • A tire with an electric-power generation device for supplying sufficient electric power by a simple and small-sized construction. An electric-power generation device (100) for converting strain occurring in a tire (1) into electric energy has at least one power generation element (10) and a device body (100a). The power generation element (10) is constituted of at least two stretchable electrodes (11) and of a dielectric elastomer (12) that is provided between the electrodes (11) and produces an electric potential difference between the electrodes (11) based on the strain applied from the tire (1). The device body (100a) has an accumulator for accumulating electric energy produced by the power generation element (10). The length, in the circumferential direction of the tire, of the power generation element (10) is set such that strain by contraction and strain by expansion that are caused by the rotating tire (1) coming in contact with the ground are not simultaneously applied to the single power generation element (10).

    • The present invention relates to a tire structure which is used for a power generation system using tire deformation and is formed by coupling, to an inside of a tire, spikes operated in conjunction with deformation of a tire. More particularly, the present invention relates to a tire structure having spikes coupled thereon, the tire structure including: a tire; an attachment layer positioned between an inner surface of the tire and a spike supporting layer, and allowing the spike supporting layer to be coupled to the inside of the tire; and a spike supporting layer coupled to the inside of the tire by the attachment layer and supporting the spikes operated in conjunction with deformation of the tire, thereby enabling an existing tire to be used for the power generation system using tire deformation.
