摘要： The invention relates to a method for detecting a defect on a surface of a molded part, in particular an injection-molded part made of plastic, wherein the surface of the molded part is optically measured and a measurement result is evaluated in an automated manner in order to detect a defect, where applicable. According to the invention, at least one two-dimensional image is taken of the molded part in the form of an intensity matrix having n times m pixels using a camera, whereupon the intensity matrix is optionally converted into a further matrix, whereupon the intensity matrix or optionally the further matrix is folded using at least one function describing a contrast perception characteristic and/or a resolving power of a human eye, whereupon with respect to a predetermined threshold value the matrix obtained in this manner is used to calculate whether an existing defect, where applicable, is recognized by a human eye.

摘要： A method of a preplasticating injection molding, comprising the steps of sending a molten resin plasticized in a plasticizing chamber to an injection chamber through a passage, metering the molten resin, and stopping the passage and precompressing the molten resin before injection is made by a plunger, wherein the stopping of the passage and the precompression function to achieve the precise metering and charging of resin. The deviation of the plunger form the position of completion of metering is determined after the stopping of the passage or the compression, and the position of metering for the next injection is corrected according to the deviation. Charging is effected on the basis of the plunger position detected at the time of precompression.

摘要： An injection molding method which supplies gas to molten resin in a plasticizing cylinder and injects gas-dissolved molten resin, characterized in that a gas space at a specified gas pressure is formed in the plasticizing cylinder in a gas supply unit when plasticizing resin, and a pressure at a screw tip end is kept at at least a gas pressure in the gas space and in a pressure range capable of maintaining the gas space in the plasticizing cylinder in the gas supply unit, whereby it is possible to dissolve gas in a required amount into molten resin with satisfactory reproducibility and weight.

摘要： An injection moulding system optimises the injection moulding process by removing selected articles (100) from a plurality of articles produced cyclically and tests a plurality of physical properties (105) of the removed articles including dimensions (106), weight (108) and gloss (107), together with a plurality of process parameters (109, 110) such as nozzle pressure and nozzle temperature. Adjustment of the process (121) is made automatically on the basis of up to three optimisers (114), including a case based reasoning optimiser (115), a fuzzy optimiser (116) and a rule based reasoning optimiser (117), in order to achieve pre-set article properties. The optimisers (114) can have confidence factors associated therewith, determined on the effect of previous process adjustments.
