摘要： Es sind Vorrichtungen zur Herstellung eines Zylinderkurbelgehäuses (10) mit einer Gießform (12) mit mehreren Formteilen (14, 16), zumindest einem Wassermantelkern (22), weicher an beiden Längsseiten (24) eines oder mehrerer eine Zylinderreihe bildender Formteile (20) angeordnet ist und zumindest einem Stegkern (28), welcher zwischen den die einzelnen Zylinder (18) einer Zylinderreihe bildenden Formteilen (20) angeordnet ist, bekannt. Die bekannten stegkerne werden zumeist an den Wassermantelkernen befestigt, so dass sich bei der Herstellung zu große Toleranzen bezüglich der Lage zu den Zylindern ergeben.
Es wird daher vorgeschlagen, dass der zumindest eine Stegkern (28) in die Gießform (12) eingelegt und zur Gießform (12) ausgerichtet ist.
