摘要： The present invention relates to a separator for an electrochemical device, a method for producing this kind of separator and the electrochemical device comprising this kind of separator. Accordingly, the separator exhibits a porous composition comprising at least one polysaccharide and inorganic filling particles.
Further, the separator may be produced according to the method which comprises the following steps:
a) providing a polysaccharide, inorganic filling particles, and a polar solvent;
b) dissolving the polysaccharide in the solvent and letting it swell to become a colloid suspension;
c) dispersing the inorganic filling particles in the suspension; and
d) drying the suspension, by which step the separator is obtained.
The method for producing the separator may be performed as a comparatively simple and low-cost manufacturing process. The separator according to the present invention, thus, only comprises naturally abundant polysaccharide, environmentally benign inorganic filling particles, and, during its production, water.

摘要： The present invention is directed to microfiltration and ultrafiltration membranes comprising a microporous material. The microporous material comprises: (a) a polyolefin matrix present in an amount of at least 2 percent by weight, (b) finely divided, particulate, substantially water-insoluble silica filler distributed throughout said matrix, said filler constituting from about 10 percent to about 90 percent by weight of said coated microporous material substrate, (c) at least 20 percent by volume of a network of interconnecting pores communicating throughout the coated microporous material, and (d) at least one coating composition applied to at least one surface of the membrane to adjust the surface energy of the membrane.

摘要： A film containing alginate membrane and a manufacturing method of the same are revealed. A film carrier is used to absorb liquid and is treated by two separate and continuous coating processes. At least one surface of the film carrier is coated with a layer of alginate solution containing a certain percent of sodium alginate or potassium alginate by weight and then is coated with a layer of salt water solution containing a certain percent of divalent metal ions. Then crosslinking occurs between the alginate in the alginate solution and the divalent metal ions in the salt solution on the surface of the film carrier or infiltrating into the film carrier so as to form a hydrogel complex membrane having a network structure. Thus the continuous and fast mass-production of the film is achieved.

摘要： A membrane for gas separation includes a porous support layer and a separation layer. The separation layer comprises a mixture of one or more saccharide derivatives and one or more homopolymers. The saccharide derivative(s) may have a cyclic structure with five or six ring atoms, or a linear structure, or may include monosaccharide derivatives which are bound via glycoside bonds, and the number of monosaccharides bound in this manner may be 2 to 1,000. A membrane can be produced by preparing a homogeneous solution which comprises a saccharide derivative and a homopolymer in a solvent; and pouring the homogenous solution onto a support layer. The membrane may be used in a gas separation module the operation of which makes use of the membrane.
