摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of estimating the maximum value of the flux during long-term stable operation including cleaning of a membrane filtration plant based on measured data of a membrane filtration characteristic during initial membrane filtration. The present invention provides a method in which the maximum flux during stable operation of a new membrane filtration plant for which a membrane module and operating conditions have been specified is estimated from a measured value A of an initial membrane filtration characteristic measured using a liquid to be treated in and a membrane of a membrane module of the new membrane filtration plant, an empirical value of a maximum flux during stable operation of each of a plurality of existing membrane filtration plants having the same or a similar membrane module and operating conditions, and a measured value B of the initial membrane filtration characteristic measured using a liquid to be treated in and a membrane of a membrane module of each of the existing membrane filtration plants.

An automatic flushing apparatus of the membrane filter (300) includes an LPS (120) for detecting water pressure in a water pipe connected between the sediment filter (100) and the pre-carbon filter, a pump (130) for pumping water fed from the sediment filter (100) to the pre-carbon filter (200), a controller (600) for enabling controlled flushing of the water from the inside of the membrane filter (300) from a time point where a pumping voltage is detected, and a flush regulating valve (310) for opening a flush pipe of the membrane filter (300). The water is flushed out from the inside of the membrane filter (300) through the flush regulating valve (310) while removing scales from the inside of the membrane filter (300) under flushing pressure thereof.

摘要： A system and process for removing divalent ions from a MEG feed stream is presented. The system includes a chemical treatment tank where chemicals are mixed with the feed stream to form insoluble carbonate and hydroxide salts. The system also includes a membrane-type solid-liquid separation unit that receives the feed stream from the chemical treatment tank and separates it into a filtrate containing MEG and a retentate containing the insoluble salts. The system may also include washing the retentate to remove additional MEG, which is then recycled to a MEG regeneration or reclamation process. The system may also include a dryer that receives waste slurry from the solid-liquid separation unit and dries it to form a solid waste, thereby facilitating its handling, storage, and disposal.
