    • The catheter (1) has a proximal port with an opening (3) of a feeding lumen (2). There are two further openings (5a, 7a) in another proximal port with a connector (16), to which a source/sink of gas pressure and a pressure gauge (24) can be connected. The interior of a distal balloon (6) communicates with the opening (7a) and can hence be inflated and deflated through that opening (7a) in order to measure intra-abdominal pressure using the pressure gauge (24). A reflux filter is integrated into the connector (16). In the upper connector piece (16a) or lower connector piece (16b) a recess surrounding the measurement lumen (7b) is provided at the contact surface between the connector pieces (16a, 16b.) The gas-permeable filter membrane (36) is disposed in the recess for preventing liquids in the lumen (7b) from entering from the lower connector piece (16b) into the upper connector piece (16a) and thus from passing through the opening (7a) in case of rupture or leakage of the distal balloon (6).
