    • To provide a biological measurement apparatus that accurately measures component concentration of a living organism.
      The biological measurement apparatus includes a first detecting section 7 including a first infrared sensor 11 that radiates an infrared ray 26 on an arm 4, receives the infrared ray 26 reflected on the arm 4, and outputs light intensity data and a first force sensor 12 that detects a contact force between the first infrared sensor 11 and the arm 4, a second detecting section 8 including a second infrared sensor 13 and a second force sensor 14, a holding section 22 that holds the first detecting section 7 and the second detecting section 8 such that the first infrared sensor 11 and the second infrared sensor 13 are in contact with the arm 4, a pressing-force determining section that compares the force with a determination value and determines whether the force is within a predetermined range, and a component-concentration calculating section that calculates a blood sugar level using the light intensity data at the time when the pressing-force determining section determines that the contact force is within the predetermined range.
