Das vorliegende elektrochirurgische Instrument umfasst einen Sondenschlauch (21) zum Transport von Fluid, mindestens eine Elektrode, insbesondere eine Distalelektrode (30) und/oder eine Proximalelektrode (35), zur Devitalisierung von Gewebe, und mindestens eine elektrische Leitung zum Bereitstellen einer HF-Spannung an der Elektrode (35). 摘要： Electrosurgical instruments have electrodes. When these instruments are used as endoscopic instruments, the contacting of the electrodes is problematic. The present electrosurgical instrument comprises a probe tube for transporting fluid, at least one electrode for devitalizing tissue and at least one electrical lead for providing an HF voltage at the electrode. For simple contacting of the electrode, the at least one electrical lead is a conducting foil which is arranged along the longitudinal axis of the probe tube.

摘要： An electrosurgical system includes an electrosurgical instrument and an electrosurgical generator, the instrument having a longitudinal axis and including at least first, second and third electrodes. The electrodes are spaced from each other by one or more insulating members therebetween, the spacing between the first and third electrodes being greater than that between the first and second electrodes. The electrosurgical generator includes a source of radio frequency energy capable of producing either a coagulating RF waveform or a cutting RF waveform and has first second and third output connections connected to the first, second and third electrodes respectively of the electrosurgical instrument. The generator further includes a switching means, and a controller, the controller being such that when a cutting RF waveform is selected, the switching means directs the cutting RF waveform between the first and second output connections and hence the first and second electrodes. When a coagulating RF waveform is selected, the switching means directs the coagulating RF waveform between the first and third output connections and hence the first and third electrodes.

摘要： An electrosurgical forceps includes a shaft having a pair of jaw members at a distal end thereof, the jaw members movable about a pivot from a first position wherein the jaw members are disposed in spaced relation relative to one another to a second position wherein the jaw members are closer to one another for grasping tissue, a movable handle that actuates a drive assembly to move the jaw members relative to one another. At least one of the jaw members includes at least one mechanical interface and at least one jaw member is adapted to connect to a source of electrical energy such that the at least one jaw member is capable of conducting energy to tissue held therebetween. A flexible insulating boot is disposed on at least a portion of an exterior surface of at least one jaw member and about the pivot, the flexible boot including a first longitudinal portion made from a high durometer material and a second longitudinal portion made from a low durometer material. The high durometer material may be configured to operably retain the flexible insulating boot atop both a proximal end of the jaw members and a distal end of the flexible insulating boot.

摘要： An ablation catheter device (100) comprises a hollow catheter main body (102), an ablation mechanism (103) and a control mechanism (105). The ablation mechanism (103) comprises a support assembly (110) capable of being expanded and compressed radially, an end (120) and a plurality of modulation units. The support assembly (110) is provided between the distal end of the catheter main body (102) and the end (120). The modulation units are provided on the support assembly (110), and an axial through hole (122) is formed in the end (120). The control mechanism (105) comprises a drawing wire (104) and a limit unit (118) fixed on the drawing wire (104). The drawing wire (104) axially penetrates the catheter main body (102) and the through hole (122). The end (120) is provided between the support assembly (110) and the limit unit (118), and the outer diameter of the limit unit (118) is larger than the pore diameter of the through hole (122). The ablation catheter device (100) is suitable for a transfemoral coronary puncture intervention path, or is preferably suitable for a transradial coronary puncture intervention path. For some bent and complex artery blood vessels, the ablation catheter device (100) can reduce the adjustment and moving location difficulty in the blood vessels, avoid damages to the blood vessels as much as possible and improve the ablation effect.
