    • A method for treating exhaust gas is provided, which includes measuring SO 3 concentration in the exhaust gas which contains at least SO 2 and SO 3 by using an SO 3 gas analyzer; injecting fine particles into the exhaust gas after the step of measuring; cooling the exhaust gas after the step of injection, by recovering heat from the exhaust gas; collecting fly ash from the cooled exhaust gas; and removing at least SO 2 from the exhaust gas after the step of collecting by absorbing the SO 2 with an absorbing solution, wherein the step of injection comprises controlling an injection amount of fine particles so that a weight ratio, which is calculated with an expression "{(A + P)/S)}", a sum of flying dust concentration A and fine particles concentration P to the SO 3 concentration S, becomes 2.0 or higher. In addition, an apparatus for treating exhaust gas is provided, which includes an SO 3 gas analyzer for measuring SO 3 concentration in the exhaust gas which contains at least SO 2 and SO 3 ; a fine particles injector for injecting fine particles into the exhaust gas whose SO 3 concentration has been measured; a heat exchanger for cooling the exhaust gas into which the fine particles have been injected, by recovering heat from the exhaust gas; an electrostatic precipitator for collecting fly ash from the cooled exhaust gas; an absorption tower for removing at least SO 2 from the exhaust gas from which the fly ash have been collected, through a gas-liquid contact between the exhaust gas and an absorbing solution; and a fine particle feed controller for controlling a feeding amount of the fine particles to be injected so that a weight ratio, which is calculated with an expression "{(A + P)/S)}", a sum of flying dust concentration A and fine particles concentration P to the SO 3 concentration S, becomes 2.0 or higher.

    • A steam turbine (1A) through which a fluid flows along an axis is equipped with: a tip shroud (51) for turbine blades (50) that are provided on a shaft that extends with the axis as a center; an outer partition plate ring (11) that is provided on a casing so as to face the tip shroud (51) in a radial direction and be capable of rotating relative to the tip shroud (51) around the axis; seal fins (15) that extend radially inward from the outer partition plate ring (11) and that, with the tip shroud (51), form minute gaps (H) therebetween; and steam introduction surfaces (70a) that are formed on downstream sides of the seal fins (15) and are provided so as to face the seal fins (15) within cavities (C) where a main vortex (Y1), generated from a leakage flow passing through a minute gap (H), is generated, and that guide the flow, generated from the main vortex (Y1), toward the minute gaps (H).
